  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will provide return instructions and a return shipping solution at no cost to you.

We cover return shipping costs worldwide.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
